For Agency account users, adding Sub-accounts can be done from the Settings Page inside your dashboard.

Adding Sub-Accounts can be done for the purpose of reselling or managing multiple users separately. Agency plan subscribers can "White-label" their dashboard and resell Influence under their own brand-name.

Follow these below steps to Add a new sub-user (Sub-account owner):

Step 1 - On your Settings Page

  • Click on Sub-Accounts card & go to your Sub-accounts section.

Step 2 - Create Plans for Sub-users

We need to create Subscription Plans before adding any Sub-account.

  • Click on Create Plan button & you will be taken to your Sub-Account Plans page,
  • Click on Add Plan button to open up the plan modal,

Create a New Plan (as shown in the below modal window):

  1. Plan ID - Assign a unique Plan ID.
  2. Name - Assign a unique name to your plan.
  3. Unique Visitors - Assign a limit for this plan, this must be less than your account's unique visitor limit
  4. Amount - Put in the amount you want to charge your Sub-user for this plan.
  5. Details - Type in some relevant details or offerings which you want to provide in this plan.
  6. Interval - select an interval from the dropdown, this can be either Monthly or Yearly.
  7. Interval Count - This is the interval after which invoice charging happens under this plan for any Sub-account. For example, assigning interval count  as "2" means billing happens every "2 months" for this plan.  {Note: Sub-account payment portal is under development}

Finally, Click on the Add button to save the plan settings.

Created plans will look something like this & you can add as many as you want as per the requirement, as shown below:

Step 3 - Create Sub-accounts

Click on Add Users button, a modal will open.

Fill out the all the fields as per below instructions:

  1. Email Address - input sub-user's email address.
  2. Account Name - assign any username to that sub-user.
  3. Password - assign any password, sub-user can change it manually after it logins.
  4. Brand Text - Set your Brandname here, this will reflect on your Sub-user's notifications.
  5. Brand URL - Set hyperlink to the Brandname text which you have put in the previous step.
  6. Notification URL - Set hyperlink on your Sub-user's notifications. Using this you can redirect Sub-user's traffic as per your requirements.
  7. Select role as Editor {important}.
  8. Select module as Campaign Manager only.
  9. Assign a Plan - Assign a plan to the Sub-account, select any from the dropdown.
  10. Select Campaign {optional} - Let the campaigns remain un-clicked if you don't want to assign any campaign to that sub-user {important}.
  11. Add 7 days trial period {optional} - This will add 7 days trial period on the Sub-account.

Click on Add Member button once you are done. 

You can see the newly created user as shown below.
By clicking on Settings icon you can enable or disable that user, & change its password or role.
Clicking on delete icon will permanently delete that user.

Use Settings option for advance customization :-

If you want to set some more customization for any particular Sub-account then it can be done from the Settings modal.
You can change any Sub-user's password or role from here as well. {Changing Sub-user's Role is not recommended}
Some of the customization are:

  1. Branding URL - You can change the hyperlink of your Brand-name (which goes on Sub-user's notifications)
  2. Enable users to hide brand-name - By turning this to  "On" you can allow your Sub-users to hide your brand-name text on their notifications.
  3. Enable users to change brand-name - By turning this to "On" you can allow Sub-users to change the brand-name text on their notifications.
  4. Notification URL - hyperlinking can be changed from here.
  5. & 6. are self explanatory (similar to 2. & 3. points).

Add multiple Sub-accounts by following the above instructions.
